Yellowstone Valley Food Hub (YVFH), a grower’s cooperative in Montana, is a grower’s cooperative made up of more than 35 producers. While YVFH was first drawn to LFM because of its ability to create an attractive storefront with many tools for shoppers, they were excited about the bundles feature that LFM introduced in 2024. The hub’s customers prefer individual ordering each week over subscription-based models like CSAs, but YVFH realized they could boost their sales by offering bundles (a group of products offered to customers as a single purchase on the storefront) as a way to cut down on decision fatigue for shoppers and boost their sales.
