What's the difference between annual and monthly billing? +
When you choose annual billing, your Launch Package is included at no extra cost. With monthly billing, the Launch Package cost is spread across your first 6 months, after which your rate drops to the standard monthly price. Either way, you receive the same onboarding experience and ongoing support.
Can I add more distribution days or producers to my plan? +
Yes. Additional producers are available in packs of 5 for $25/month on any plan. On the Food Hub Premium plan, additional distribution days are $70/month each. On the Producer Premium plan, additional days come in packs of 3 for $50/month. You can also upgrade your plan at any time as your operation grows.
Can I add modules later, or do I have to decide everything upfront? +
Add-on modules can be added at any time — you don’t need to decide upfront. Some modules (Advanced Inventory Management, Advanced Accounting, and Subscriptions & Farm Shares) include their own Launch Packages to make sure you get properly set up when you add them.
What happens to my rate after the 6-month monthly billing period? +
Your rate automatically drops to the standard monthly price once the Launch Package has been paid in full. Ongoing support continues for as long as you’re a customer, including email, phone (Standard and above), emergency support, monthly Grow Sessions, and your annual business review.
What ongoing support is available after onboarding? +
Every plan includes our full technical support team, available Monday–Friday 6am–4pm PT, plus emergency support and access to a comprehensive knowledge base. Standard plans and above also include phone support and an annual one-on-one business review to keep your operation on track.
Do you support SNAP/EBT transactions? +
Yes — SNAP and SNAP match support is available on every plan. There is a one-time $999 implementation fee on the LFM side. Payment processing fees are handled through our partner Forage — there are no ongoing SNAP fees with LFM.
