Summer Sales Bite #9: Encourage CSA customers to keep coming back with these three tips

June 23, 2024 Posted by Sophia Bennett

Retaining CSA customers year after year can be challenging. It requires time and effort to attract customers to sign up for a CSA, but the longer they stay, the greater the return on that investment. Below are a few CSA tips to encourage customers to keep coming back!

📣 3 CSA tips that will keep customers coming back

1️⃣ Allow Customization: Let customers tailor their orders to their preferences! Start with a base box and give them the option to add or remove items from the storefront.

2️⃣ Offer Payment Plans: Introduce “pay as you go” or payment plans to make your offerings more accessible. This can attract and retain customers who might not be able to pay upfront for a full season.

3️⃣ Introduce Flexible Scheduling: Provide the flexibility for customers to put their share on hold. This convenience helps them manage around vacations or other commitments without the pressure of receiving unwanted produce during their absence.
