How do I access the User Manual?

Once logged into your LFMAdmin site, use the “?” in the upper right and select “Manual & Videos”. You will need a Zendesk account in order to view the guide. If you have submitted a support ticket, the system created an account for you already – you can just reset your password. If you do not have a Zendesk account, you can create one when you select the “?” from Admin. If you are still having trouble, please submit a ticket  and we’ll help you out right away!

What are your live Support hours?

Our live support hours are 6am – 4pm PT (9am – 7pm ET), M-F. To reach our support team, please call (541)234-8855. In addition, you can submit a Support ticket and our team will be in touch the next business day!

How do I learn about new releases and features?

We are constantly updating our platform based on customer feedback and industry changes. We offer detailed Release Notes for each update.  They can be reviewed in the Announcements section of our Zendesk portal.  You will find a link to Release Notes and other important messages in the header of your LFMAdmin site.  We also notify customers of upcoming releases via email – you will be automatically subscribed to our email list if you are a user on our Zendesk portal, but please feel free to subscribe directly here.

We offer regular Customer Support Sessions where we review recent updates and new features with LFM. Customer Support Sessions are reserved for current LFM Customers only.

How do I import my data from my old site into LFM?

If you’d like to import your database of customers, producers, and/or products to your LFM site, please reach out to us through Support by submitting a ticket here. We’d be glad to assist you in this process!

How do I get my vendors and producers trained?

Your producers and vendors can access our Local Food Connect Guide to learn how to manage their accounts, setup products, monitor their sales, and more.

Do you offer one-on-one support or onboarding?

Local Food Marketplace now offers Customer Success Packages to give you one-on-one training, in-depth guidance, and personalized tools. Contact us to inquire more about Customer Success Packages.

What if I want to add on a module or modify my package?

Your Customer Success Manager will be glad to assist you with adding modules or modifying your existing package. Please contact them for more details. If you aren’t sure who your Customer Success Manager is, send us an email.
