Started in 2010, the Puget Sound Food Hub is a farmer-owned cooperative operating in the Puget Sound region of Washington State. The Puget Sound Food Hub works with nearly 70 local food producers to serve restaurants, institutions, and wholesale accounts. In 2014 the food hub implemented LFM to strengthen their mission of supporting and championing local, family scale farms by providing a direct connection with buyers in the Puget Sound region seeking high quality, locally produced food.
