Fiddlehead Farm is committed to running a year-round CSA. Because owner Heather Coffey only wants to sell people food they’ll actually eat, she was very committed to offering a customizable CSA. LFM’s Subscription Builder allows her to build a CSA box based on what’s fresh that week, but it also allows people to remove products if they don’t want as many veggies one week, and/or swap out certain items with other choices. LFM has also made it easier for Heather to work with wholesale customers, increasing her overall sales.
