    • One-on-one training with our Support Team to identify any problem areas
    • Quickly address and solve technical issues

 

New Staff Orientation (1 per new staff member)

    • Meet and Greet 
    • Identify resources LFM should share to support the new person 

 

Workflow Optimization

    • Assist with customizing LFM’s SOP to match your process (if needed) 
    • Identify and implement new modules to meet the growing needs of your business.

 

Onboarding (for new customers)

    • Dedicated Onboarding Manager to ensure you’re setup for success in your first year.
